The First Seamless Pipe Mill in GCC (JESCO) is under construction in Saudi Arabia


At the end of 2006, Jubail Energy Services Co (JESCO) turn key project has started in the Jubail Industrial City - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. DANIELI Spa Italy will supply a state-of-the-art technology for seamless pipes manufacturing to JESCO. It will be the very first operating seamless pipe mill in the very demanding market for OCTG seamless pipes in Middle East.
The production start-up is planned for first quarter 2009 with a production capacity of 500,000 metric tons of seamless pipes, covering OCTG products and Line Pipes for Oil & Gas industry. JESCO’s product range will incorporate standard products as well as High Steel Grades and Premium Connections in order to comply with current and future Oil & Gas Companies demands.
 
JESCO is aiming its best fit in the highly competitive environment of seamless pipes manufacturing, by:
* Manufacturing its products with the latest technology available on the market.
* Committed to the highest qualitative levels
* Shorten Supply Chain to its customers
* Offering competitive rates for its products
 
JESCO will create approximately 3,000 jobs directly and indirectly in the region, aiming to achieve a high percent of Saudization within its employees, transferring knowledge of the very new industry to the area, providing challenging opportunities to its employees in a healthy work environment
 
The Company Capital is 750 million Saudi Riyals, 51% is owned by Industrial and Energy Services Company (TAQA) and the rest is owned by different Saudi and non Saudi investors.
