ARAMCO signed a contract with the " Air Liquide Arabia for the supply of nitrogen

Saudi ARAMCO and «Air Liquide Arabia» signed finally, the long-term agreement to provide the nitrogen necessary for the production of the oil.

The agreement provides the company «Air Liquide Arabia» funding, design and create a special laboratory for sorting and production of industrial gases, and the supply of nitrogen gas to a laboratory seawater injection of l «Saudi ARAMCO» in the area of the village south of Dhahran, in a production capacity of 10 million cubic feet per day of nitrogen gas, and will be the trial run of the plant in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The agreement, which includes providing other facilities for «Saudi ARAMCO» of 30 thousand gallons for the day of liquid nitrogen, within the plans «Saudi ARAMCO» to encourage the private sector to contribute to the provision of its needs of materials and support services through attracting investments of international companies to the domestic market, which in turn lead to a domestic industry with high quality, and to contribute to the upgrading of the local economy and supporting his career. The vice president of «Saudi ARAMCO» the work of the oil in a business district south of the Mr. Saad Turiki, the contract will contribute to the achievement of a strategic partnership with the private sector by outsourcing some business support for oil production to the private sector because of its benefit to both parties, as the company gets the service and product are of high quality, gets the qualified private sector investment opportunities offered by the company to them, what contributes to the growth of the Kingdom of the local economy.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Liquide Arabia, Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Jarbou, that this long-term agreement with the «Saudi ARAMCO» is a stage and an important event for Air Liquide and its Saudi partners, and expressed pride in the company's work on the development of the project for the benefit of an internationally acclaimed company such as Saudi ARAMCO.
